Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how xWall.us collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit xWall.us (the “Site”) and any related services we provide.

If you have any questions, contact us at: privacy@xWall.us.

1) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide to us

Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:

  • Contact information (such as name and email) if you contact us or subscribe to updates.
  • Account information if you create an account (optional).
  • Purchase/payment information if you buy something (see “Payments” below). We generally do not store full payment card numbers.

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages, approximate location derived from IP, and similar diagnostic data).
  • Log data collected by our servers and hosting providers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking” below).

C. Information from third parties

We may receive information from third parties if you interact with their services on our Site (e.g., embedded players, social platforms, ad partners, analytics providers).

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Site and its features
  • Improve performance, user experience, and content
  • Respond to messages, requests, and support inquiries
  • Send updates or marketing communications (only if you opt in, where required)
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember preferences
  • Understand how the Site is used
  • Measure performance and fix issues
  • Deliver or measure advertising (if applicable)

Your choices: Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. If you disable cookies, some features may not work correctly.

Interest-based advertising (optional): If we run ads, our ad partners may use cookies to show you more relevant ads and measure ad performance.

4) Analytics

We may use analytics services (for example, Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand Site traffic and usage. These providers may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity on the Site.

You can often opt out through browser settings, cookie banners (if used), or provider opt-out mechanisms.

5) Advertising

If the Site displays ads, advertising partners may collect or receive information via cookies or similar technologies to provide ads and measure effectiveness. These partners may use that information across websites and over time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising (see “Your Privacy Rights” below).

6) Embedded Content & Third-Party Players

Some pages may include embedded content (e.g., video players, iframes, widgets). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited those websites directly. Those third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content.

If you embed video hosting or streaming services (for example bunny.net), those providers may collect usage data needed to deliver video and measure performance.

We do not control third-party tracking technologies used by embedded content providers. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

7) Payments & Purchases

If you purchase products or services, we may collect information needed to process your order (such as name, email, billing/shipping address). Payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details; payment processors handle those details according to their policies.

Certain transaction and account data may be stored in our site database to manage orders, refunds, and customer support.

8) How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers who help run the Site (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support)
  • For legal reasons (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety)
  • In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets—information may be transferred as part of that transaction)
  • With your consent or at your direction

We do not sell your personal information for money.
(Note: Some privacy laws treat certain ad/analytics sharing as “selling” or “sharing.” See the rights sections below.)

9) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12) Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on where you live.

  • Request deletion of certain personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (as defined by law) for targeted advertising

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights to:

Some jurisdictions provide additional rights, including opting out of certain data sales. Contact us for requests.

13) Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universal standard for interpreting it, we do not respond to DNT signals in a uniform way.

14) International Transfers

If you access the Site from outside the country where our servers or providers are located, your information may be transferred and processed in other countries. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.

15) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, if changes are significant, may provide additional notice on the Site.
